On 05.04.2023 Dr. Kananga Robert Mukuna from the University of the Free State in Bloemfontein, South Africa was a guest [17.04.23]
The aim of the meeting was to present Dr. Mukuna's research project to assess sustainability motivation among teachers in rural areas of South Africa.
The project will investigate how teachers' environmental motivation is transferred to their students and what influence culture and mother tongue have on this process. The project was met with great interest by Prof. Otto and his team, and there was an intensive discussion on how the results of the project could be used to improve education for sustainable development in South Africa.
