Sustainable development in all its facets and the digital transformation are two central social and economic trends of our time. In this context, our research explores the psychological component of sustainable behavior and decissions and its relation to digital transformation with a focus on artificial intelligence and the human-machine interface.

Is it enough to simply address people in English to encourage more sustainable behavior? [26.11.2024]

This approach alone is unlikely to resolve the climate crisis. However, there does appear to be a robust effect whereby people tend to act more sustainably when using a foreign language they are proficient in, compared to their native language.more
